They pioneered the use of the in-cockpit bench seat with a fold-down cushioned back rest which provides more safety and greater comfort. They use a specially formulated fiberglass resin (vinyl ester resin), as a barrier coat just beneath the gel coat finish. This greatly reduces the chance of developing hull gel coat blistering from moisture penetration.
